Is your client stuck in a decision loop, unable to take action? Use these four powerful questions to help them make their decision.
1: “What happens if you take this action?” Allow the client to describe both good and bad outcomes. Try to understand their real objections.
2: “What happens if you don’t take action?” Again, listen.
3: “What won’t happen if you do take action?” You want the customer to consider the action from all angles, and try to flush out their real fears.
4: “What won’t happen if you don’t take action?”
Ask these questions, and listen carefully to the answers. The client will naturally move towards a decision.
