You must make a decision to dominate your market place. Whether it’s your farm, database, or your niche market, you must own it both online and offline. You must do enough marketing (social, online, Zillow, Trulia, direct mail, open houses, Facebook, and more) to make sure that your name is synonymous with selling homes in your market. You won’t get every sale, but you can make sure that your name comes to mind when anyone in your market begins to think about selling.
