Questions to qualify a Hidden Treasure Lead to Determine a truly motivated Seller

  1.  Ask, “What is your Mortgage Balance?” A motivated seller would probable jump at giving you the answer versus a non-motivated seller might view the questions as personal and insulting.
  2. Ask, “Why are you selling?” “What’s compelling you to sell?”
  3. Ask, “Would you consider taking payments on your equity?”
  4. Ask, a good opening line, “I’m a cash buyer would you consider selling your house, do you have any desire to sell?”
