I’ve been thinking about you and your desire to sell your home. I’ve done some research on your market, and I’d like to schedule a time to meet with you, so I can show you everything I’ve just discovered. What would be the best time for you?” Remember to ask “when” you can schedule the meeting, not “if.” Always assume that there will be an appointment.
