All you have to do is tell me yes, and I’ll get my marketing machine working to sell for top market price. What would you like to do? If I can sell your home for the price you want, in the time frame you need, and do all the work for you and eliminate the hassle, would you consider listing with me?” This is your chance to schedule a listing appointment. If they say, “I don’t think I can get the price I want when we figure in your fees,” say “Allow me to go back and do some research. Let’s get together tomorrow for 15 minutes to see if the numbers work.” The goal is to get a face-to-face meeting where you can excel.
