“Hello, this is Your Name. We spoke recently about your desire to buy a home, and I’m following up as promised to schedule a time to meet with you. Do you have your calendar handy? Are mornings, afternoons, or evenings better for you? How about this time/date? Excellent, I look forward to meeting with you!” Remember to ask “when” you can schedule the meeting, not “if.” Always assume that there will be an appointment.
