When you’re making calls to potential clients, you’re likely to have at least one respond with, “Lots of other agents have already called, I want you to stop calling.” Reassure the prospect by solving their immediate problem. “I understand; that must be frustrating! I can help you end that problem right now. Change your voicemail to let agents know you’ve already listed the property; this will stop the majority of callers. If I may ask, where are you moving to?” Keep building the rapport; even if you don’t get the sale, you might be able to persuade the contact to let you help them buy their next house.
