When you are preparing for a listing appointment with a client, send a confirmation email prior to the listing appointment. This email should be short and friendly, confirming the date and time of the appointment. This is the perfect space to tell the seller more about you and your skills. This email can include links to your Zillow reviews, your marketing plan, even sample marketing pieces so the seller can see how you will be marketing their property. Include anything that increases the customer’s confidence. This simple step will increase the customer’s confidence and make the seller more prepared for the appointment.
