Experts know, amateurs think. Don’t be wishy-washy in your presentation or recommendations. Knowledge and confidence sells. Do your homework so you know the local housing markets, and are prepared for any questions that might arise. If the homeowner asks for information you don’t have, reassure them that not only will you get an answer for them, but lay out a plan for how you intend to get the information. Know!
