It’s important to have good ideas, but even the best ideas are meaningless without action. You need a concrete way to capture your ideas, get them out of your head, and into the world in a visual way. You can create your own process board, or use the free online version on Trello.com. Capture every idea you have for increasing or improving your business. Put those in the “To do” section. Move ideas from “to do” to “doing” to “done.” Have only 2-3 projects in the “doing” section, so you can focus your energies and not get scattered. Keep every finished project from the last year in the “done” section so you can see your progress!
