How often have you heard the objection,  “We don’t need your services, we’re selling the property ourselves.” Don’t let this statement trip you up; have a response ready! Say something like, “I hear you! However, let me ask one question. My services include marketing, getting the maximum exposure for your property by holding open houses, showing the property to qualified buyers, and promoting it online, as well as negotiating the best sale price for you. Are you in a position to spend the time to do all of these things alone? You’re busy and you have better things to do: allow me to handle everything for you.” Sellers who really understand the amount of work it takes to get a good price for the house are much more likely to list with you!
