2) Additional screen search counts added.
We highly recommend selecting at least 100 records for screen searches, as properties in Foreclosure takes precedence and you may not see additional available trouble types.
We have added 250,500, 1000 and 5000 as search options.
*Note: only those you check for Download count against your monthly allotment.
3) Search Foreclosures by date range.
You can now choose a time period for your foreclosure searches – ie. past 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.
4) Search by City
You can now do citywide searches. Start by selecting which state and then select city from drown down.
5) Search by County
You can now do countrywide searches. Start by selecting which state and then select city from drown down.
6) Submit records for Skip Tracing
This new feature will submit specific records that you have checked to our Skip Tracing add-on program (at .30 record). If you want your selected records to be SkipTraced, simply check the records from your search results and then click the red Skip Trace button.
By submitting these records, you agree to the Terms of Service regarding payment and process and your account will be charged accordingly. Skip Tracing orders have a 24-hr turnaround and the completed processed file(s) will be emailed directly to you.
7) Submit records for Email Marketing
If you want your selected records to added to your Email Marketing add-on program, simply check the records from your search results and then click the red eMarketing button. By submitting these records, you agree to the Terms of Service regarding payment and process and your account will be charged accordingly. Email Marketing orders will normally be sent out twice a month, with an email flyer you provide and upload here. There is a standard 3-day turnaround to setup your dashboard, prepare your flyer in a mobile-friendly format and upload your list(s). A representative will be on contact with you during the setup process.
