You can make your highest goals achievable by having a practical game plan for each business day. What is your goal for 2015? Take your goal, for example, 60 sales in the year. Multiply that by 40 (the average number of contacts per sale.) That’s 2400 people you need to talk to over the next year in order to guarantee your success. That seems insurmountable, but you can make it into a manageable daily goal. Divide 2400 by 200 (the average number of work days per year), which comes out to 12 conversations per day. Finally, take that 12 and divide by 2. Half of your conversations for the day will be to your database (past clients, your sphere of influence for getting referrals, etc.) and half will be to new prospects. You can meet your goals easily, but only if you start planning now.
I hope you’re having a great day – let me know if you need anything.
